Mike and I have worked it out already. He'll drop everything I need off at my place. We're doing this Thursday night after Mass (at my house). I have friends coming over to help out—don't worry, I've got it covered : ) Thanks for your concern. What I do need help with is for the actual hunt (hiding/collecting/etc.), so whomever wants to present themselves to help out after Mass, it will be greatly appreciated.

That's great, Nicole! Are you sure you don't need any help with stuffing eggs? When are you going to do those?

Just so everyone is aware: the Easter egg hunt WILL take place after 11:00 mass on Easter Sunday morning. I am going to take care of the egg stuffing and will make sure that everything is ready for that morning. I am glad to see that there are others who will be present at the hunt – we'll need all the help we can get (we need people to hide eggs, collect empty shells, help kids put the candy in cups and clean afterwards). Mike Creedon has contacted me and we've made the necessary arrangements to make this happen. I trust that everything will come together just fine. Invite all those who are interested in helping out during the hunt to meet in the church hall after mass. Thank you so much – it means a lot to the kids! God bless.

I received an email from Veronica. Mike Creedon has inquired also. Nicole, perhaps you and Mike could head this up, with assistance from Erin and Bridget? I will also contact Adam Couper, as I think he has helped with the hunt in the past. Nice to see the family coming together quickly to make this happen.

I understand that there is a concern about keeping up the tradition of the children's Easter egg hunt – I would be willing to organize this activity. My only concern is the financial aspect: i would need to purchase enough candy and find the plastic eggs to fill. I would be able to arrange for friends to help me stuff the eggs and possibly help hide them and "control traffic" during the hunt, but it would also be reassuring to know that there would be other parishioners present in case we need the extra help Easter morning. If somebody could contact me regarding this matter it would be much appreciated seeing as there's not much time left to prepare.
